Lost data
Yesterday morning when opening the application I realize that 36 GB have disappeared. Totally confused I bought 30 GB more. Three hours later my data has disappeared ones again! I presented a claim requesting the data back. Until now nobody has replied my emails. Due all this behavior the application has been uninstalled from all my devices. P.S. I was using it for about 4 years, but this is unacceptable.
That’s not true! My account hasn’t been shared with anyone else! Aside I’ve been using this app for almost 4 years and every update is getting worse. I’m currently using TunnelBear without issues. A little self-criticism does not hurt anyone

Bugs that remain unsolved....and a 3-day money back policy
The app blocks my internet connection when I have been offline for a while. When I come back online I get no wifi. When I try to connect or disconnect Windscribe the app freezes. The only solution is logging out and logging in again, which is a pain.
I have sent so many debug logs and still no solution. This problem happens on many different wifi networks so its not a corporate policy problem.
The money back policy is only 3 days, so I was too late...
