I have several tickets purchased but I am planning on canceling most of my subscriptions. Messages won’t send properly and if I exit the artist chat, the messages I sent are all out of order and unsent. Definitely not a wifi problem but a Lysn problem. Also some messages sent by artist won’t load. This could definitely be a great app and service but sadly its functioning is just poor.
I’ll give it just two stars because it does its work, it connects artists and fans, poorly, but what else can be expected? Hope the app can be fixed someday.

Hello, artist is texting and I get the notifications but when I open the chat there's no new text, can someone help me? What's happening?? I'm very sad... I hope all those text I got a notification for arrive at some point.. I was really waiting for the artist to text after a couple days of silence and when he finally did the app didn't work :(
