Almost 1 year and after 100 emails this “app” still doesn’t work.
If was European based I would suit them.
Is a total scam and they refused to give my money back.
Does anyone can recommend me a suitable eLogBook? In this tough moments pilots deserve something better that this...
I have graded 1 because there is not 0.

To be honest I wasn’t happy to be paying again after my move from MCC. But having over 10000 hrs logged and only really caring about not spending too much time on logbooks, I am happy with the system.
In times when the companies are very careful about letting 3rd parties acces their roster, they have always found a solution and always helped solving any issues. I cant fault them on that.
Nothing will ever be perfect, but hopefully they will manage to stay on top of any issues and continue to improve as time goes by.
Fraud. Do not use it!!

It is a fraud!! Do not pay for that! I did it and I can not use it anymore after 3 months. They don’t support, they don’t have a phone number, you can’t speak with anyone directly when you have problems, and you can not find a solution, after 3 months fighting with them via email with no help and support at all and assuming I lost 70€ (for more) I will go to court against them due to fraud. You send them an email and they reply to you 2-3 weeks later with a copy and paste email, not answering your questions, not even reading your email, they said that they have a lot of emails and problems to sort out, which I think is normal due to horrible app they have. 🙅🏻♂️

Completely agree with all the reviews down here, even since their 5.2 version it’s been nothing else but errors and bugs even they release and release and release so called fixes... As others now the app (Win) is not even showing flights or starting so it’s worth going to others even if it costs more... PS. Support ticket 124303 pending since 6th of January without help: 23 days... twenty three!!

Had old MCCpilotLog and was great. This one is completely the opposite, bought PILOTLOG Enterprise license (most expensive one) last 19th December I haven't been able to get flights directly from my EFB as I used to do with last MCCPilotlog, but today was even worst, with last Mac update 202000538 I can't not even seen the flights, gives an error and says contact SUPPORT.
The best is that support takes like 10 days to reply and they only tell you to update the app and read again and again "how to import your RYR EFB" instead of trying yo solve it.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this app to any one. Do not pay for it until works again or look for another more serious company
I got already 5 tickets opens and no one solves it, you can keep opening tickets, but if you don't solve it, it is useless

I changed from MCC pilotlog, having to pay once again and should I have known how it works I would have paid for anything else. I has billions of bugs, it works reaaaaaaly bad. It needs A LOT of work and improvement. I am really dissapointed
