This app is good for our family because my brother has a brain injury that causes short term
Memory problems and sometimes when things don’t go as planned he gets very flustered.
This app gives us peace of mind knowing that if he ends up somewhere lost and can’t tell us where he is we can get to him. It also is an indicator of how many times he goes to grocery store or McDonald’s so we can monitor that he is taking care of his needs without being in his business as he would call it. In this day and age teens might think they have no privacy but they are just as likely to have no safety or their phone gets stolen so not so bad Good luck with the ratings

Really like the app, but I really need a way to change the notification sounds.
My family and I really like using this app but I was wondering if there is a way to change the notification sounds for SaveFamily because my dogs would go bonkers every time they here the SaveFamily notification sound. My whole family uses SaveFamily and every time someone arrives at one of our pin pointed locations or someone's battery is about to die. If there isn't a way to change the sound, then can you please add that to your app update.
I tried sending this through app support but it wouldn't allow my phone number to go through.

Great App
I’ve been using this app for YEARS and I love it! When my kids first got their drivers licenses it was great because yes I could check where they were at. But I have 2 good kids so I wasn’t worried. The kids used it to see when I was coming home from work. My BFF is in my circle and she loves it because she drives a lot for work and she is always getting lost. She calls me and says “HELP!” and I use it to find her a new route. My daughter likes it now when she is coming to pick me up to go somewhere and we are in a hurry. I can track her and then meet her exactly on time at the end of the driveway!These are just some of the little ways this app makes my life easier ?

Love this app!
My kids downloaded this app for me and we use it for so many reasons! First, everyone can easily see where we all are so we eliminate the need to call or text asking when someone will be home. Second, when my daughter had an accident last year, SaveFamily notified the police and then called me to let me know. Using the app’s directions feature, I was able to get to her. Last, having family know where I am should anything happen to me gives me peace of mind. We have three kids now 22, 19 and 17 who’ve never felt like we were tracking them or invading their privacy. They like knowing we can see that they made it to their destination without having to remember to text us. Great app for protection and safety!

Helped Rescue my Son
THANK YOU SaveFamily!!
We decided to get this app 6 years ago when our oldest started driving for additional security and peace of mind. We are not the track your kids every movement type of people. Kids or should I say adults, now 22 & 19 still have app. Fast forward to long drives to and from college and different safety features.
But, the reason I’m writing this review is that 2 years ago, 10 miles from home on the end of an 8 hour drive home from college, our son was in a horrific accident. His rear corner bumper was hit causing him to hit the side of the road which spiraled into him flipping 5 times at 70 mph during rush hour on a busy TX highway. Luckily he walked away BUT SaveFamily ACTIVATED AND CALLED 911. EMERGENCY CREWS WERE ON SCENE IMMEDIATELY!! SaveFamily works and performed the features we are using it for. I can’t recommended this app enough. I do know college families that have SaveFamily for this purpose only and kids turn it off and on. Honestly my boys never complain and have also called me to say “I’m lost. Find me and tell me where to go”. And for the record, I have normal college kids admittedly out to all hours of the night.

Peace of mind
We’ve been using SaveFamily since the moment our now 17 and 15 year old boys got phones. It has made life so much easier and less stressful. When our boys are out for the evening, we might occasionally check to confirm their whereabouts, but we aren’t stalking them the entire time. I actually think that the use of the app - and the fact that we can confirm they are where they say they are - has helped build trust between us, which in turn allows us to give them more independence than we might otherwise. And they understand that since we pay for their phones, this is part of the deal. I actually think they appreciate that we aren’t constantly calling/texting to find out if they are headed home, or where they are. It has also helped many a time when picking them up from somewhere and they don’t have the address. And finally - with a new-ish driver in the house, it gives us comfort to know if his speed exceeds what we think is acceptable. I imagine we will be using this app long after they are in college. I can’t recommend it enough.

Saving lives
I only asked my teenage drivers to download the app on the cellphones that I pay for so I could monitor their speed while driving the vehicles that I insure for them. Without hesitation they did and thankfully so or they weren’t getting insurance. Young people do things they may eventually regret because they haven’t felt the consequences or have experienced a traumatic event. After my son was caught going over 100mph, yeah I said 100mph, I could monitor this and he, knowing I was watching finally came to his senses and slowed down.
I truly feel that had I not utilized the app, someone would have been seriously injured or killed. I love my children and will do anything to keep them safe. That’s what being a parent is.
Now as they are in their 20s I think they love the comfort of seeing where all their family members are.
Thanks for the app and I have recommended it to any parent of new drivers

Teenager’s opinion
I LOVE this app. At first, as any teenager would be, I felt spied on and uncomfortable with the idea of being tracked. However, now I feel so comfortable every-time I leave the house knowing that my mom has access to my location if needed. Also, there are so many safety features and additions to the app that make it so essential to my well being when I am out. I love the app so much me and my other teenage friends created our own circles. If one of us loses our phone, we check the app. If one of us separates from the group, we check the app. Someone in an Uber alone, we check the app. I want to know when my mom will be home from work, I check the app. I want to know if it’s one of my family members at the door without checking the window, I check the app. It is honestly amazing and I very much recommend.

I HATE the new update! I used to love SaveFamily and now it's just confusing and strange. Can't see addresses anymore. Very disappointed. Please fix this!

Best app for everyone
I’ve had this app for years. I am able to check in on my elderly parents who live 1200 miles away and also check on my daughter who is a new driver. I use the paid subscription for the extra features like crash detection as a peace of mind and making sure my daughter is safe driving. I have it on my 9 yo’s as well just in case he loses it. This isn’t a tracking device but a necessary safety feature to have peace of mind of your loved ones.

My Family
We absolutely love this app! We are able to see where our family members are and have the comfort of knowing they made it to their destination safely or they are at home safe and sound. We have my parents using the app and our friends use this app as well. It’s great for when traveling on vacation to know where our friends we are meeting up with are and gives family members piece of mind that we made it to our next vacation spot.

The app for family security
Regardless of what my teen says, SaveFamily offers up an extra layer of safety and peace of mind that our kids just can’t see until they, of course see a need for it. One way we turned it form a negative to a positive was to allow our daughter to create her own circle of friends to keep track of- they already do via Snap Chat but because SaveFamily is “parent centric” of course it’s evil! Thank you for the 3 year journey of SaveFamily our family has been on! Looking forward to more! We’ve used it globally as well!!!!

Keeping family safe
Our SaveFamily circle isn’t large. It contains my daughter, my mom and dad, and me. My dad loves to watch the app to see all the places my daughter and I go. I love it because it helps keep everyone safe. The best time I used SaveFamily is when my 75+ aged father flipped his bicycle and after refusing treatment from the EMS ended up going to the ER. I went to his house to check on him after the accident and it was SaveFamily that notified me he was actually in the hospital. We really haven’t had a need for it beyond that one time, but I love the peace of mind it gives me that I could get to them if I needed to.

App helped find my son
I am so thankful for this app. My son was in a car accident and his phone called me when it happened. He was unable to hear or talk to me but I could here him crying saying it hurts all over. He then got quiet and I heard a man telling him not to find asleep. I then knew he had been in an accident. Because we all had SaveFamily my husband was able to determine exactly where he was so we could get to him quickly. My son was injured and pinned in his vehicle. He was extracted by the fire dept. and taken to the ER. If we had not had SaveFamily we would have not been able to get to our son so quickly. We are so thankful for this app!

Ni se ven los números que has puesto en el teléfono. Ni los números de sos. Ni el número de mensajes……. Encima sigue sin recibir las notificaciones y los mensajes llegan cuando llegan y si llegan. 5 meses sin actualizaciones y sin resolver problemas.

Soy un señor cualquiera con cuatro hijos. Me dedico al mundo textil, muy en competencia con la importación de relojes chinos, sí. Insisto: vean última actualización de cuándo es. Vean política de protección de datos aquí más abajo, según Apple. “Prensa larga y hablar”. Desarrollada en España, dice.
La app dejo de enviar mensajes más de 70 días después de comprar el reloj.
National Geographic tiene un artículo sobre regalos con enlaces a Amazon, no he sido yo el que ha sacado el tema, pero más allá de que el grupo RBA, de toda solvencia, vive de la publicidad, también habrá comisión por la refe de Amazon.

Típica app china mal traducida. La empresa importa relojes con una mala traducción de google translator. Me dicen que no, pero ojo al botón de pulse para hablar: dice “Prensa larga y hablar”.

El reloj está bien, fácil manejo para un niño.
La APP va fatal.
Poco intuitiva y hay funcionalidades que van mal. El apagado y el encendido en remoto no funcionan bien, da un error que dice que el equipo no está conectado a ninguna red móvil (pero si está apagado y quieres encenderlo...como va a ser eso??)
Deberían ponerse a mejorar la App.
En el modo noche no se ve lo que pones, letras blancas con fondo blanco.
La localización, no sabemos si es muy precisa...aún no nos ha dado tiempo de comprobarlo.
Deberíamos poder poner el area segura de otra forma.

Modo voz no existe en la app
La App no va muy bien, el reloj iconic te lo venden como que tiene una función “antiacoso” y que supuestamente en la app, dentro de ajustes tiene un función que se llama modo voz para escuchar el entorno del reloj y no es cierto, no tiene esa función de voz la app.

Un desastre de app
El reloj una pasada, pero no puedes darle todo el uso que pudieras porque la app va fatal. No se ven los números de los contactos que introduces, no te deja establecer el perímetro de zona segura, si rechazas las llamas extrañas tampoco recibe llamadas de los números de teléfono de confianza, y los sms del teléfono no se abren directamente.... me he descargado la versión china de la app y va mucho mejor.... aunque la localización es bastante más buena la de esta app. Así que a ver si la mejoran... porque es una lástima y da que pensar a la hora de plantearse comprar otro producto de la marca

Muchos fallos
Resulta que compras el reloj, y no puedes poner la alarma, ni la hora , ni el bloqueo de la hora de clase . Y lo único que dicen es que están arreglándola pero desde cuándo 😡 no salen los nombres de los números que le guardas. No vale para nada 🤦🏻♀️este comentario lo puse hace dos meses y aún están haciendo ajustes en la página. Ni de coña le compro la tablet a mi pequeña 😡 no son serios

Muy mal
He comprado dos relojes 4g para mis hijos y el gps funciona fatal, estando los dos juntos uno lo pones a 200 metros y el otro a 30 kms. No se pueden tampoco emparejar para hacerlos amigos. El servicio técnico funciona fatal. Le mandes un mensaje la semana pasada y como no me respondieron hoy he vuelto a mandar otro. No tienen teléfono para poderles llamar.
Si me consiguen arreglar este problema le subiré la nota.

Buena base pero falta pulirla
He instalado la app y configurado el reloj que hemos comprado a nuestro hijo. El primer problema vino pq la app no está optimizada para el modo oscuro de iOS. Luego hay pequeños matices como poder configurar un bloqueo general desde una hora hasta otra, dado que no se puede hacer desde p.ej. 21h-08h (error número menor que el primero). También sería buena idea poder cargar más fondos que se vean mejor o cambiar el formato de hora de am/pm a 24h.

Mala localización del gps
Últimamente el error de localización está cerca de los 2 kms
Con esa desviación es imposible marcar áreas seguras ya que cada dos por tres llega una alarma de salida del área establecida.
