ESSAY
1. VOLTAIRE WILL DIE
Many people enjoy Voltaire's famous quote: "I don't agree with what you say, but I will fight to the death to defend the right to say it" (Je désapprouve ce que vous dites, mais je) me battrai jusqu'à la mort pour que vous ayez le droit de le dire).
Black people are probably the ones who like that saying the most. Then he brought a wolf to Voltaire and said, "This is a sheep, sir." Voltaire shook his head and said, "It's not a sheep. It's a wolf. But I'd die defending boxing to be told it's a sheep."
Hearing that, Dan Den immediately took a cyclo to invite Vice President Nguyen Thi Doan to get on the bike and pedal straight to Voltaire.
Ms. Doan said: "The Vietnamese state is a socialist rule of law state of the people, by the people and for the people, inheriting the democratic quintessence of historical rule of law states and has been, developing to new heights, different in nature and ten thousand times higher than bourgeois democracy."
Voltaire shook his head again and said: "I disagree, but I will die defending your right to say that democracy in Vietnam is ten thousand times higher than bourgeois democracy."
This time the Negro walked away grumbling: "As for me, I don't have to die because of those words. I'll give the brooms a scrub!"

In fact, Voltaire just wanted to emphasize the necessity and importance of freedom of thought and expression in a democratic society. It is so important that if necessary we must also shed blood to protect it.
That right allows us to freely express our opinions, our thoughts before a problem, an event or a social phenomenon.
That statement of yours may be strange, even bizarre, that I don't like, and many people oppose, but because it is a sacred right, we must protect it at all costs.
